Baltic™

  • The Baltic™ labyrinth is The Labyrinth Company's evocation of a Classical™ labyrinth variant which appeared in prehistory around the shores of the Baltic Sea in present-day Germany, Poland and Scandinavia. Incorporating the even-older double spiral symbol, the Baltic™ labyrinth can be walked in several different ways, making it a very flexible meditation tool.

Entering to the left and making her way to the center, a walker can exit via the shorter double-spiral arm. By bearing to the right on the shorter arm, the labyrinth can be walked again and again. Or the labyrinth can be walked in the more traditional way, retracing the entry path back out. Our standard floor cloth shape is a square.
Our portable labyrinth mats are printed with ink on professionally sewn premium poly duck canvas. Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications and may be hose washed. Prices include FedEx Ground shipping to the lower 48 states.
  • Poly Canvas: Durable 6 oz. polyester duck fabric has a weave similar to cotton canvas. Poly canvas is washable and suitable for use indoors or out. Poly canvas will not rot nor promote mildew growth.
Printed Lines: We print the lines of each labyrinth design in your selected color(s) using the latest eco-friendly heatset colorfast inks. Inks produce precise, long-lasting designs without the added weight of paints or other coatings. Our ink lines will not chip, crack or peel.
Sewing Details: Our Poly Canvas labyrinths are professionally sewn with double stitched seams and rolled double stitched hems. Poly Canvas floor cloths larger than 27' incorporate Velcro™ seams to break the labyrinth into more than one section to improve transportability. Our standard finished shape is a square. Our poly canvas units include brass grommets in the hem.
