Our online order system
is currently limited to USA orders, which are processed immediately. We
will gladly work with you by telephone or email to arrange orders for
Canadian or overseas delivery.

| Production
Process: |
Most
products from The Labyrinth Company are built to order for you by our
team of design and fabrication professionals. We take pride in our design
flexibility, workmanship and artistic expression. We will custom size
many of our creations.
As with most custom
artwork, we expect partial payment before we commence production of your
labyrinth. Products are shipped after we have received final payment.

| Leadtimes: |
Some
items are carried in inventory and ship quickly, including Finger labyrinths
and many of our 6' Personal Sacred SpaceTM
portables. Larger products are made to order. |
Production
leadtimes vary seasonally with the workload in our studios. Average
production leadtimes are:

We ship products anywhere in the world. Our online Portable labyrinth,
Garden Labyrinth TemplateTM and Finger
labyrinth prices include standard ground shipping to United States addresses.
Express shipments may incur additional charges.

labyrinths from 12' to 30' diameter ship in Rubbermaid or similar
plastic storage totes via Fedex Ground.
- Finger labyrinths
ship via Priority Mail.
- Garden Labyrinth
TemplatesTM ship in 6' long corrugated
boxes via Fedex Ground.
- Contractors
Tools (Stencils) ship in 4' long corrugated boxes via Fedex Ground.
- Paver KitsTM,
Floor and Plaza Kits ship on palletized loads via commercial truck.

| Return
Policy: |
You may return an item in original condition within 30 days of shipment
date. As custom builders, The Labyrinth Company handles refunds on a case
by case basis. We will reuse or resell your labyrinth and remit the collected
funds, less a minimum restocking fee of 15%. You may wish to insure your
return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
If you paid for your
order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your
billing statement. If you paid by check a check will be issued.

We
accept checks, money orders, and all major credit cards for mail order
transactions. Telephone and online orders are limited to major credit
cards. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.
